2- Communicate With Your Freelancer:
- Start a chat session with one of the freelancers online.
- Discuss your project requirements & terms.
- During chat , you can start a video / audio or a screen sharing conversation.
3- Pay Your Freelancer:
- You can start a timer to pay freelancer per minute , and set the amount of money you want to pay.
- You can pay via Chat Award.
- You can also set a Milestone Payment (Recommended)
- You can also transfer money from your Instalance.com account to freelancers Instalance.com account
