Yes. In case you do not find a suitable freelancer for your work or have cancelled your project, you can withdraw the money deposited to your PayPal account. However, 10% processing fee will be taken by InstaLance.com and you will receive the remaining amount usually within 7 working days.

The completion time can depend on many factors like the skill required, research needed or any other factor which varies from each project to another. So you are requested to clarify the turn-around time with the freelancer prior to assigning them work.

You can earn money by providing services online related to 200+ categories just like you do elsewhere. The amount you earn is something that your hirer agrees with you to pay.

You are requested to use milestone payments if you need additional guarantees, where the money is held under escrow by InstaLance.com until you finish the job. If there is a disagreement between hirer and freelancer a dispute can be raised by either of you.

InstaLance.com offers dispute resolution services to users who elected to use milestone payments. There will be three stages for a dispute resolution process, each of which can result in a resolution:

1. Settlement by understanding among each other.

2. InstaLance.com collects evidence from both parties involved in the transaction and conducts its own investigations. Both parties have 7 days to submit evidences after which submitted will be deemed invalid. $10 or 10% of the milestone payment, whichever is greater will be collected by InstaLance.com as Dispute resolution fee.

3. InstaLance.com will complete its dispute study in 10 Days after collecting evidences and offer its verdict. If both parties reach an understanding among themselves at this stage, the dispute will be closed based on your resolution.
